We are proud to have an average retention rate of three years and for several of our clients, it is five years.

Our global talent team works at world-class facilities for fair pay while providing incredible value wherever you need it. We also make sure to have strong benefits in place to maintain our retention rate.

With all of our experience and partnership on the ground, we have built strong metrics that thread the needle between Performance defined in the Philippines and Performance defined in the United States. We provide capacity reports to that cover everything from attendance to custom metrics for clients.

We have a fully remote, dedicated IT Team in our facilities in Tagum, Davao, and Cebu. They maintain the exact same security protocol we have at Nimbl Onshore. We also provide IT site visits for Team Members who are enabled to Work From Home (WFH).
