It’s time to build.

Everything aligns under one team, built to help you grow.

Accounting

From

$1,999

/ Month

For the business that wants financial foundations that can carry the weight of scaling.

What is it?

Nimbl Accounting is a complete accounting function engineered to scale with the business.

Unshakeable continuity, multiple layers of review every month, a team with the full breadth of expertise. Bookkeeping, payroll, payables—all of it. What you need, when you need it, with regular communication too.

Features:

Strategic Finance

From

$4,999

/ Month

For the owner who’s got more than one big goal to shoot for.

What is it?

Strategic Finance is the layer every serious entrepreneur eventually needs. Before raising capital. Before scaling aggressively. Before entering something new, or starting again. This is where assumptions are stress-tested, scenarios are built, and big decisions get clear financial blueprints. We help you design the track, then stay on it.

Features:

FP&A

From

$500

/ Month

For the business that wants to outmatch competitors with technical financial modeling used by global brands.

What is it?

Accounting tells you what happened. Strategic finance sets direction. FP&A lives in the middle: tracking patterns as they form, modeling what happens next, and showing you exactly which levers drive revenue (and which ones cap it.)  Every growth-mode business eventually hits a ceiling. FP&A is how you break through it.

Features:

Tax

From

$250

/ Month

For the business that wants to turn tax into a strategic advantage.

What is it?

Most entrepreneurs live in tax survival mode: panic, file, relief, repeat. Not you. Nimbl Tax replaces that with year-round strategy and planning. As your business and life evolve, your tax position evolves with it; intentionally and strategically. You only pay what you owe, and you’re way ahead of the curve when you do.

Features:

Tech

From

$100

/ Month

+ $80

/ Device

For the business that can’t afford digital disruption, downtime, or reputational risk.

What is it?

A fully managed IT protection service: detecting, deflecting, and defending your business 24/7.

Devices, data, access points: all secured, monitored, and managed continuously. Threats are detected and stopped before you ever see them. Running quietly in the background, most owners only realize how exposed they were once this service is installed and in place!

Features:

Global Staffing

From

$500

/ Month

For the business that wants to outmatch competitors with technical financial modeling used by global brands.

What is it?

As an industry leader, Nimbl Staffing doesn’t “fill seats”. We recruit, build, manage, and guarantee performance. With boots on the ground, we handle hiring, compliance, development, performance, and retention. You get a systemized, scalable global team, without becoming an overnight people manager.

Instead, you get capacity, control, and a multiplied workforce.

Frequently Asked Questions

We build modular setups. Most clients combine services and levels of support and adjust over time. Pricing reflects the actual scope, not a bundled guess, and if it goes up, it’s because your success is going up too!

Never. Scale up, scale down, or change direction as you need.

For each service, our onboarding follows the same principle: stabilise, then optimise. Every service follows our industry-leading 60-day process. We strengthen what’s already in place, build a clear understanding of your business, and then refine the service together so it supports how you actually operate — now and as you grow.

No.

Yes, of course!

Yes, of course!

You’ll have a call with a client discovery manager, who will chat through your major pain points. Then, they’ll go away and create a proposal for you, collaborating with the team to confirm the best features for you and what features you don’t need yet. There may be follow-up questions and information to provide us. Then, we’ll have a follow-up call to walk you through the proposal for your services and what next steps look like.

If you estimate about 1 week of clean-up per month of cleanup needed, you’ll be pretty close to a target. However, your team will talk this through with you and make an agreement that works for your timeline. In some cases, we may have space to speed this up, and in other cases, we may get you insights first and/or suggest less clean-up may be needed than you think. For example, your books may be pretty messy for the last few years, but we may recommend reconciling to your most recent tax return and going from there.

Yes, that’s our norm actually. You’re going to scale up and change, so will your service stack.

We sure do – that’s our specialty! The team loves the more intricate complexity of multi-entity, and it opens up a lot for us especially on the tax side.

We have our go-to tech stack, but we can work in the software you already use. If we spot a tool or system that would clearly save you time, money, or headaches, we’ll recommend it and explain why. Any changes are always your call (and if you choose to switch, we’ll help manage the transition so it’s smooth and low-risk.)

“Working with Nimbl has been an incredibly supportive and eye-opening experience. They were patient, understanding, and truly felt like a partner every step of the way. As someone who’s been in the nonprofit space for a long time, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so well taken care of by a partner. Nimbl really understands the unique challenges nonprofits face and is right there with you through the process. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.”
