If we procure the technology through Nimbl IT, do we get to keep it?
Yes! Even if we manage it abroad, the equipment is yours!
Does Nimbl IT support companies in industries outside of accounting?
Yes! Outside of our specialty with accounting companies, we support any remote teams with our managed IT services.
I don’t have a Written Information Security Plan (WISP), is that a problem?
Yes! A WISP is required for Data Security Compliance with the IRS and FTC but Nimbl Tech can create it for you.
Where does Nimbl IT provide its remote managed services?
Our remote accounting IT services predominately support companies with employees and devices in the United States, Canada, and the Philippines.
Can you support devices outside the U.S., Canada, and the Philippines?
Of course! While the majority of devices we support are in the U.S., Canada, and the Philippines, we can support devices wherever in the world your team is! We have relationships with tech vendors in the U.S., Canada, and the Philippines so we can purchase equipment on your behalf in those locations, but we can manage devices anywhere.
I don't need security on my computers, but I do need help purchasing equipment in the Philippines is that something you can do?
While we can purchase equipment for you without providing security, we highly recommend securing your company devices. In the first month after one of our clients enrolled in our security services, their device had malware detected on it 143 times, because they do security through us we were able to quarantine and remove those malicious files almost immediately.
Do you provide an IT Helpdesk and if so how does it work?
Yes! Our IT Helpdesk is available from 9:00 am-7:00 pm ET Monday-Friday (excluding major Holidays) and we will help your enrolled team members troubleshoot any computer issues they may be experiencing. Common problems that we help team members resolve include sound, microphone, or camera not working properly, troubleshooting any computer error messages you see, and other general computer problems.
